1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the public website at qalitai.com, including the demonstrations, the verification pages, and the account connection pages that organizations send people to. If you use qalitAI through an organization that has signed an agreement with us, that agreement governs the service it receives, and where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls. These terms do not change it.

2. Who may use the site

You must be 18 or older. By using the site you confirm that you are, and that you have the authority to accept these terms for yourself or for the organization you represent.

3. What qalitAI does, and what it does not do

qalitAI computes cash flow metrics from bank transaction data that a person authorizes us to read. The output is arithmetic and classification, and every figure can be traced to the transactions behind it. We do not make lending, leasing, or investment decisions, and we do not tell any organization what decision to make. The organization that requested an analysis makes its own decisions and carries its own obligations to you under the law, including any notices the law requires. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

4. Demonstrations

The demonstrations exist so you can see how the analysis works. A demonstration may use sample data, which we label as such, a sandbox account supplied by a data aggregator, or, where the demonstration offers it, a live connection to an account you authorize. Demonstration output is illustrative. Do not rely on it for any decision. We may change, limit, or remove a demonstration at any time.

5. Connecting an account and completing a verification

When an organization sends you a verification link or a connection page, here is how it works. You authorize access to your account through a regulated data aggregator's consent screen. qalitAI never sees your login credentials. We read the transactions, compute the analysis in memory, and keep the result, not the transactions. The result goes to the organization that requested it, which holds it under its agreement with us and under its own obligations to you. Where the law treats a result as a consumer report, we and the requesting organization each carry the duties that law places on us.

Where you are offered a deletion link, it deletes that analysis from qalitAI. It does not recall a copy the organization has already received. If you want to withdraw your consent, write to privacy@qalitai.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, what we keep, and for how long.

6. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and honestly. Do not connect an account that is not yours or that you are not authorized to connect. Do not probe, scan, or test the site's security without our written permission; if you are a security researcher, our security.txt tells you how to reach us. Do not interfere with the site or with the aggregators it relies on. Do not scrape the site by automated means beyond what our robots.txt allows. Do not misrepresent who you are or whom you represent. Do not use anything on the site to build a competing service. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Third-party services

The site relies on data aggregators, including Plaid, MX, Finicity, and Akoya, and on hosting and infrastructure providers. Each operates under its own terms and privacy practices. When you authorize an aggregator to share your data, you accept its terms as well as ours. We choose these providers with care, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their services.

8. Our content

The site, its text and design, the structure of our analysis, and the qalitAI name and marks belong to qalitAI LLC. You may read and share the public pages. You may not copy, republish, or build on them without our written consent, except as the law plainly allows.

9. Security

We take security seriously and we describe our position plainly. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress through Vanta. We do not claim certification until the report is issued. If you find a security problem, tell us at security@qalitai.com and we will treat it with care. No website is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that ours is.

10. No warranties

The site and the demonstrations are provided as they are and as available. To the fullest extent the law permits, we make no warranty, express or implied, about their accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.

11. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, qalitAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim connected to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where they do not, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. This section does not limit either party's liability under a signed customer agreement, which has its own terms.

12. Your responsibility to us

If you use the site in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you will cover the losses and reasonable costs that result.

13. Changes

We may change the site and these terms. When we change the terms, we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, note them on our Changelog. Your continued use after a change means you accept it. If you do not accept a change, stop using the site.

14. Governing law

Utah law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute we cannot resolve by talking it through will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
